Many processes within Anexo were still handled manually. Technicians worked with paper measurement forms, planners used Excel for scheduling, and legal teams reviewed contracts line by line. This approach was time-consuming, increased the risk of human error, and limited the company’s ability to scale geographically.
Anexo’s question to Dawn Technology was clear: How can we digitize these processes and make them smarter using AI?
We developed an app that allows technicians to directly enter measurement data, certifications and updates on their tablets. This data automatically syncs with Anexo’s internal measurement management system and is integrated into the new Anexo Planboard.
Planboard, which is partially powered by AI, uses a genetic algorithm to calculate the most efficient scheduling advice based on orders, locations, competencies and installation time. As a result, planners instantly receive smart recommendations for the most efficient routes and available technicians.
Parallel to this, we built an AI-driven contract analysis tool. Using natural language processing (NLP), the system detects deviations from standard clauses in contracts and flags them automatically. This enables legal teams to spot critical issues at a glance, saving hours of manual review.
Thanks to these digital solutions, Anexo is ready for the future. Technicians can focus entirely on their craft, planners work faster and smarter, and legal teams review contracts more consistently with less pressure.
